Refund Policy
We can offer a refund on certain items as long as it is returned in a saleable condition and in its original packaging, within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please contact us for return authorization. Please note, however, that we are unable to reimburse shipping costs. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval. Special order items are non refundable.
Shipping Policy
Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of ordering. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays at this time. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
